What you'll be doing:

Working in our SME Team you will provide professional, knowledgeable advice to clients in respect of quotations, adjustments, renewals and claims for all classes of their small and medium sized businesses.

The role at a glance:

  • Place all types of SME commercial risks within the market.
  • Identify opportunities for existing policyholders to benefit from additional covers.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and insurers.
  • Support the Commercial team in managing Commercial client accounts.
  • Making sure clients’ Commercial Insurance needs are met.
  • Preparing presentations for new and existing clients.
  • Providing prompt, expert advice to clients.
  • Identifying new Commercial prospects.
  • Maximising sales opportunities and achieving monthly/annual targets.
  • Renewing policies, processing mid-term adjustments and assisting clients with claims.
  • Ensuring client cases are completed promptly, accurately, and fully.
  • Adhering to FCA regulations and requirements.
