Commercial Account Handler - York - Hybrid - Up to £40,000

Hybrid - following probation
What you'll be doing
- Managing a portfolio of commercial clients across a broad range of classes and industries
- Handling renewals, following up on new business enquiries and converting them into clients
- Delivering a high standard of service at every touchpoint - this is a service-first business
- Liaising with insurers to negotiate terms and secure the right cover for clients
- Keeping accurate records and maintaining FCA compliance throughout
- Contributing to a collaborative, ambitious team with strong values
