Are you an experienced Commercial Account Handler/Insurance Advisor or an ambitious customer-focused professional looking to build a career in insurance?
Coversure (Rugby) is looking for a proactive individual to manage and develop a portfolio of commercial insurance clients, delivering outstanding service while identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and win new business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing commercial insurance renewals and retaining existing clients.
- Building long-term relationships and providing professional insurance advice.
- Handling new business enquiries and preparing competitive quotations.
- Identifying cross-selling opportunities to maximise client value.
- Working closely with insurer partners to secure the best outcomes.
- Maintaining accurate records and ensuring FCA compliance.

About You
We're looking for someone with:
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A strong customer service or account management background.
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn.
- Commercial insurance experience is desirable, particularly within broking or account handling but may consider a strong Personal Lines background.
- Experience with Acturis would be an advantage but is not essential.
Previous insurance experience is preferred, but we also welcome applications from candidates with strong customer service, sales, or account management experience who are keen to develop a career in insurance.
