Are you an experienced Commercial Account Manager or Strategic Account Manager with a strong understanding of the food and FMCG industry?

Do you enjoy building long-term relationships with major partners, while also having the opportunity to improve processes, develop a team and shape how an organisation works? This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing food redistribution organisation that works with businesses across the entire food supply chain to make a genuine social impact.

The Role

You will take ownership of approximately 25–30 strategic accounts, focusing on the organisations that contribute the greatest volumes of food.

Your focus will be on developing strong, long-term relationships with these organisations and ensuring they remain highly engaged with the organisation. This is a genuinely strategic role. You will be expected to understand each partner's business, identify opportunities to develop the relationship and look for new ways to increase and improve the flow of food into the organisation.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
