Join Marval Software – Help Shape the Future of Service Management
At Marval Software, we've been helping organisations deliver exceptional IT and Enterprise Service Management solutions for decades. As a company co-founded by one of the original co-authors of the ITIL® framework, we're proud of our heritage while continuing to innovate for customers around the world.
We're looking for a commercially driven Commercial Account Manager (CAM) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on building lasting customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and delivering real commercial value.
If you're passionate about account management, enjoy strategic customer conversations and want the freedom to manage your own success, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As a Commercial Account Manager, you'll become the primary commercial contact for an established portfolio of customers. You'll work closely with key stakeholders to understand their business objectives, identify opportunities to improve their services, and help them maximise the value they receive from Marval's solutions.
Rather than simply maintaining accounts, you'll focus on growing customer relationships through consultancy services, software expansion, and long-term strategic planning. You'll also be responsible for ensuring customer renewals are completed on time while driving recurring revenue growth across your customer portfolio.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
