Business Account Manager
Horsforth, Leeds | £28,000-£30,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
Are you the type of person who loves the challenge of winning new business, hitting targets, and proving what you're capable of?
We're working with a high-growth, private equity-backed business that's looking for a commercially minded Business Account Manager to join at a hugely exciting stage of its journey. Already generating £3.5m in revenue, the business has serious growth ambitions and is investing heavily in its commercial team.
This isn't a traditional sales role. You'll be encouraged to think creatively, build genuine relationships, and use modern outreach techniques to connect with prospects.
What You'll Be Doing
- Building and developing your own pipeline of opportunities
- Reaching out to senior decision-makers through LinkedIn, email, and phone
- Using personalised video messages and voice notes to stand out from the crowd
- Creating innovative outreach campaigns that generate engagement
- Booking meetings and identifying new business opportunities
- Working closely with a high-performing team focused on growth
