Accounts Manager – Commercial Property Portfolio
Location: Leeds City Centre
Salary: £27,500 – £40,000 per annum
Hours: Full-time or part-time, minimum 3–4 days per week
Contract: Permanent
The Role
An established firm of Chartered Surveyors is looking for an experienced Accounts Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial property client accounts.
The role will involve:
- Managing client accounts and financial records
- Raising invoices and collecting rent and service charges
- Processing supplier and client payments
- Paying monies to clients
- Preparing regular client reports
- Dealing with account queries and maintaining accurate records

About You
- Previous accounts experience is essential
- Property management accounts experience is advantageous
- Experience with MRI Qube or similar software is beneficial
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Confident managing your own workload and client accounts
- Good communication skills
