Job Description

Working closely with the Commercial Team, supporting both our Planned Civils works and NSA Contract, the successful candidate will play a key role in supporting commercial operations across the department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the Planned Commercial inbox
  • Maintaining and updating key KPI trackers, including:
    • Change Control Logs
    • Revenue Trackers
    • Forecast Sheets
  • Carrying out auditing duties, including:
    • Final account substantiation audits
    • Monthly application audits across Planned Civils and the NSA Contract
  • Issuing call-off subcontract documentation to key suppliers across the NSA Contract
  • Providing general administrative support across the Commercial Department
