Commercial Administrator
Location: Head Office (Crickhowell)/ Hybrid (after probation)
Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–17:00 (40 hours per week)

We’re looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our team — someone who is proactive, detail-focused, and passionate about supporting both customers and colleagues. In this role, you’ll become the go-to person for customer queries, contract information, and commercial support, playing a key part in keeping our operations flowing efficiently.
What You’ll Be Doing
In this varied and rewarding role, you’ll:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer-related queries, providing timely, professional, and friendly support.
- Give clear information about contracts, services, commercial questions, and commission structures.
- Resolve customer issues with a balanced, solutions-focused approach.
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, Finance, Customer Support, and Service teams to ensure queries are handled quickly and effectively.
- Keep customers updated on progress and follow up on any outstanding matters.
- Produce accurate reports, including commercial, performance, and customer-related data.
- Help support wider commercial activities and ensure internal processes run smoothly.
- Monitor ongoing actions to ensure they’re completed on time.
- Spot recurring trends or issues and escalate them when needed.

What We’re Looking For
You don’t need years of specialist experience — just the right skills, mindset, and a willingness to learn. We’re looking for someone who has:
- A minimum of 5 GCSEs A*–C (or equivalent).
- Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone and via email.
- Solid IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in a customer-facing or administrative role.
- A strong understanding of what great customer service looks and feels like.
- The ability to multi-task, prioritise, and stay organised in a busy environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
