Job Description
Commercial Administrator
Shaftesbury
Permanent, full-time
Competitive salary plus benefits
To operate as a member of our Commercial team supporting and servicing customers, processing sales and ensuring that they are accurately understood and efficiently processed.
More about the role:
- Being the first point of contact for the company and effectively manage relationships with customers, internal and external staff, courier companies and suppliers.
- Supporting BDMs in quoting, chasing and organising jobs.
- Processing and inputting customer orders, proforma invoices and estimates.
- Updating department databases and spreadsheets.
- Handling day-to-day customer enquiries via emails and phone calls. Distributing as needed.
- Liaising with external and internal departments to effectively manage customer expectations.
- Assisting in the management of vehicles and stock including raising purchase orders.
- Completing additional ad hoc duties as and when required by the company directors.

Qualifications
- Experience of working in an office / administration environment essential.
- Computer literate with experience in MS Office applications including Outlook, Word and Excel to an intermediate level.
- Experience in working with databases advantageous but not essential.
- Previous experience in sales administration advantageous but not essential.
