We're looking for a Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial Team, supporting our Dŵr Cymru Welsh Water framework. This is an exciting opportunity to join a busy and supportive team, providing essential administrative support across a range of commercial activities and infrastructure projects.
Working closely with Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Managers, you'll help ensure commercial processes run efficiently and accurately. From supporting cost reporting and client applications to maintaining commercial records and assisting with procurement administration, you'll play a key role in the successful delivery of projects while developing valuable experience within a growing business.

As a Commercial Administrator, You Will
- Support cost reporting and commercial administration.
- Maintain commercial records, trackers, and databases.
- Assist with client reporting and payment applications.
- Support the administration of compensation events and variations.
- Coordinate commercial information with project teams.
- Assist with procurement and subcontract administration.
- Raise purchase orders and maintain supplier records.
- Manage document control and filing systems.
- Support monthly reporting and meeting administration.
- Manage commercial correspondence and team inboxes.
- Assist with audits and compliance activities.

What You'll Need
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to work.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Previous administration experience would be advantageous.
- An interest in commercial management, quantity surveying, construction, or engineering would be beneficial.
