Job Opportunity: Administrator
Do you have strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Commercial Team in Faringdon, Oxfordshire.
As an Administrator, you will work closely with our Quantity Surveyors to ensure that all quotes and measures are uploaded to our systems correctly. You will also be required to liaise and obtain quotes from subcontractors so strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Check and upload completion paperwork to the CRM system
- Ensure all trackers are up to date
- Liaise with operational teams when required
- Carry out other ad hoc tasks as and when required
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure information held is correct and up to date
- Assist Commercial team with compiling tender returns
- Carry out data interrogation using Excel

Skills & Experience
- Experience as an office administrator is desirable but not essential
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
