Job Title

An innovative and growing pharmaceutical organisation is looking for an organised and proactive Commercial Administrator to support its commercial and business development activities.

Working closely with commercial and scientific colleagues, you will play an important role in keeping client enquiries, meetings, events and follow-up activities running smoothly. This would be a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills who is interested in developing their career within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support commercial and business development activities
  • Manage client enquiries, meetings and follow-ups
  • Coordinate conferences, events, travel and meeting schedules
  • Maintain accurate CRM and commercial records
  • Prepare and format proposals, quotations and presentations
  • Coordinate client correspondence and documentation
  • Support marketing communications and LinkedIn updates
  • Assist with general commercial and office administration

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in commercial administration, sales support, events coordination or similar
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM/contact-management systems
  • A proactive, dependable and professional approach
