πŸ“Š Commercial Assistant – Streatham

Support impactful housing projects and grow your commercial career!

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and ready to make a difference in the housing sector? We're looking for a Commercial Assistant to join our team in Streatham, supporting the delivery of repairs and void works across the Council's housing stock.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative Commercial Team, helping to drive value, improve performance, and ensure compliance across a variety of projects.

πŸ”§ What You'll Be Doing

  • Accurately pricing repairs and void works using the NHF Schedule of Rates
  • Supporting the Site Surveyor with daily commercial activities
  • Invoicing completed Out-of-Scope works and tracking revenue
  • Preparing monthly client applications and processing variations within 24 hours
  • Coordinating subcontractor applications and ensuring JCT compliance
  • Assisting with reports and documentation for internal and client meetings
  • Contributing to process improvements and team development

  • Proven experience using the NHF Schedule of Rates
  • Background in housing repairs, voids, or a similar environment
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Proactive, solution-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
