Where you'll be working?
We help our clients safeguard the water supply, improve environmental performance and manage demand for future generations. We enhance and extend asset life, ensuring compliance with water quality and environmental standards. We’re problem solvers with over 140 years of combined experience in engineering and infrastructure.
This role
Responsible for the delivery of Developer Services activities, including new connections, service installations, mains laying, mains diversions and associated network infrastructure works.

What you'll be doing?
You'll be responsible for providing administrative support for the procurement and management of sub-contractors, applications and payments, and commercial reporting.
As a Commercial Administrator working within our Commercial Team, you'll be playing a vital role in the success of our projects. You thrive on being a team player supporting the department managing the financial and contractual aspects of the Smart Metering framework. This role will include:
- Administration of sub-contractor applications and payments
- Administration of applications and invoices to our client
- Timesheet and people cost administration
- Supporting the production of weekly and monthly cost and value reports
- Supporting other commercial reporting and administration

You'll be part of the team managing the commercial aspects of our projects, ensuring that they are completed successfully and within budget. This role is about being proactive, determined and committed to delivering results.
What you’ll bring?
- Do you have the ability to deal with large amounts of data accurately and efficiently, strong data processing skills, strong attention to detail?
- Do you have excellent numeracy skills?
- Are you a competent user of MS Office, particularly Excel?
- Do you have the desire to learn new skills and grow in a rapidly changing team?
- Have you gained previous experience in a similar or related role?
