About the Commercial Administrator role
You will play a key role in maintaining strong and positive relationships with customers, ensuring that their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism.
Key tasks
- Be the go-to support for the Commercial team, helping manage the end-to-end management of all customer orders.
- Communicate effectively and efficiently with customers and internal teams to resolve issues proactively, ensuring quick follow-up and clear communication at all times.
- Support the commercial team with tracking orders and invoices as well as maintaining and inputting customer orders into the system accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication to packhouse team.
- Maintain administration on internal reporting documents, such as weekly sales reporting.
- Stay up to date with weekly product availability, seasonal items, and new product launches

About you
The successful candidate should have good previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a production or manufacturing environment.
You will possess excellent communication skills and be ready to find resolutions to issues quickly.
Very much a team player with attention to detail and excellent administration / IT skills.

The Commercial Administrator job (ref: 9090) is paying £30,000 - £35,000 according to your experience.
This is an office-based role working 5 days per week including one weekend day which is flexible.
The site is in Worcestershire and is commutable from Stratford-upon-Avon, Tewkesbury, Chipping Campden, Evesham, Cheltenham, Worcester, Redditch, Bromsgrove, Cirencester, Malvern and surrounding areas.
