About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Commercial Administrator to join our Commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, managing multiple tasks, and supporting a fast-paced retail operation.
Working closely with the Commercial Support Manager and Merchandisers, you will play a key role in ensuring product information is accurately maintained across both our stores and online platforms. From launching new products and implementing price changes to supporting promotional activity and responding to store queries, you will help ensure our product data remains accurate and up to date.
Location: Globe Centre, Accrington
Contract: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days out of 7
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end setup of new products within company systems.
- Maintain and update product catalogue information to ensure accuracy.
- Support the creation of in-store pricing and promotional information.
- Implement product price changes and promotional activity.
- Review and update weekly reports and supplier lead-time information.
- Act as a point of contact for store colleague queries relating to products, pricing, stock, and commission.
- Assist with user testing of product information and till system updates.
- Provide ad hoc sales analysis and administrative support to the Merchandising team.
- Support stock management activities, including monitoring clearance stock levels.
- Assist with stock management and updates across online platforms when required.

Essential Skills & Experience
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Excel.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Minimum of 5 GCSEs (Grade C/4 or above) or equivalent qualification.
