Salary is £26,000 with a realistic uncapped OTE of £40,000.

This is an opportunity for you to broaden your commercial capability, whilst helping shape the next phase of Gigaclear's consumer growth model at a pivotal point in its commercial journey.

This role sits within the Growth POD, responsible for converting new customer demand across inbound sales, web leads, field-generated leads, partner referrals, and outbound acquisition activity.

The role is designed for a commercially focused advisor who can work quickly, consistently and with strong judgement to turn demand into high-quality orders.

This is not a traditional Inside Sales / Telesales role. The Growth POD will operate as part of a wider B2C commercial engine, using shared data, shared priorities, and common commercial standards to support acquisition, retention, and field-led growth.

This could be suitable for an experienced Inside Sales or Telesales Advisor looking for a new challenge.

Or

Someone who is actively pursuing a career in sales and is looking for a company that will provide you with a structured sales apprenticeship, supported by an experienced sales training partner and programme.

Note: this is an office-based role and as we need to contact some customers out of hours, there is one late shift, from 11am to 7.30pm per week and one Saturday (can be worked from home) in four, with time off in lieu the following week.

What you will do:

New customer conversion:

  • Convert inbound sales enquiries into clean, high-quality customer orders
  • Work web leads, abandoned baskets, field-generated leads, and partner referrals to agreed contact standards
  • Use clear questioning to understand customer needs and recommend the right package, at the right price, in the right way

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
