Are you highly organised, confident working with data, and keen to build your career in a commercial environment? Frontline Distribution Solutions is the UK's leading distributor and exporter of magazine titles, working with publishers and retail partners across the world. We are looking for a Commercial Analysis Executive to join our International team and support the accurate management of product, sales and circulation information.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with systems, processes and detail, and wants to gain experience in reporting, commercial support and international publishing operations. You will play a key role in keeping information accurate, accessible and up to date, supporting colleagues, publishers and overseas partners with reliable data, reporting and administration.
We offer an informal hybrid working model, with a minimum of 8 office days every 4 weeks.
What you'll be doing:
- Maintaining product information and schedules within business systems
- Managing and updating large volumes of data accurately
- Producing regular reports for internal teams and publishing clients
- Supporting with the administration of international circulation and sales reporting
- Responding to publisher and partner enquiries professionally
- Managing shared inboxes, including barcode and product related queries
- Assisting with reporting packs, presentations and commercial documents
- Extracting and compiling data from various systems and external sources
- Supporting colleagues by ensuring information is accurate and available
What we're looking for:
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Confidence using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of processes
- An interest in data, reporting and commercial business operations
- A positive, team focused attitude
