Join us as a Commercial Analysis Manager

In this key role, you’ll be responsible for providing dedicated commercial planning & analysis expertise to support the delivery of key strategic projects for the Premier business.

Within the newly formed Premier Chief Operating Office, you’ll develop robust business cases and commercial plans that underpin investment decisions, prioritisation conversations and benefit realisation.

Play a key role in Premier Commercial Analysis and Reporting, gaining cross-bank exposure making measurable, data-led impact on growth and performance.

What you'll do

As our Commercial Analysis Manager, you’ll surface enhanced MI and deep insights to unlock commercial opportunities aligned to the Premier growth strategy. You’ll also influence and optimise how MI is delivered, making sure financial performance is clearly understood across the business. You’ll turn evidence into decisions and actions that prioritise investment, accelerate growth, and keep performance on track to target.

In Addition, You’ll Be

  • Turning timely insight into strategic business cases that support Premier Transformation delivery
  • Reviewing distribution metrics and providing meaningful performance analysis across Premier, engaging key partners
  • Collecting commercial data from relevant teams to produce clear, business-level reporting
  • Reviewing market-share data and delivering insight
  • Preparing concise submissions, data and analysis for senior stakeholder briefings
  • Creating dashboards that show commercial performance

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for a commercially-minded, analytical and driven professional who will help us shape our key strategic initiatives and deliver for our customers. You’ll bring hands-on experience delivering commercial insight, analysis and reporting, delivering from ideation to implementation, and excellent stakeholder management skills. You’ll thrive in a fast-moving, strategic environment, motivated by shaping Premier’s growth agenda and delivering initiatives that make a difference for our customers.

You'll Also Need

  • A proven ability to collaborate with and influence stakeholders
  • Change implementation and delivery experience
  • Knowledge of relevant legal policies, regulatory and risk obligations as they impact initiatives
  • Strategic thinking to simplify complex, competing priorities and communicate them clearly
