Join us as a Commercial Analysis and Reporting Lead - Premier Customer Growth

You'll shape key strategic initiatives across the Premier business by delivering commercial planning, analysis and decision ready insight

You'll make a measurable impact in the newly formed Premier Chief Operating Office, with senior exposure across the Customer Growth team

This is a chance to make a real impact as you support our business strategy and shape the way we move forward

You’ll work from home some of the time, but you’ll also spend at least two days a week working from an office

What you'll do

As our Commercial Analysis and Reporting Lead, you’ll plan, influence and optimise the delivery of internal and external management information, compiling robust reports and analysis. This output will inform how we will realise our ambition to reach 1 million Premier customers through the development of our Premier Customer Growth strategy, which you'll be responsible for.

Day-to-day, you’ll be:

  • Leading the collation and review of key growth and customer metrics and providing meaningful analysis
  • Iterating and developing the customer growth strategy for Premier, informed by internal and external data and insight
  • Developing and delivering operational performance management information and analysis that highlights key operational performance and capacity, through the lens of customer growth
  • Accountable for the production of product monitoring management information and reporting to enable the customer growth strategy and delivery plan, as well as tracking new to Premier customer behaviour
  • Managing business data submissions when required and the production of relevant data and reporting, related to customer growth

The skills you'll need

We’ll expect you to be a strategic thinker who can cut through complex and competing priorities, so they are effectively managed and communicated. Thriving in a dynamic, strategic environment, we’ll expect you to be motivated by shaping Premier’s growth agenda and steering decisions that accelerate change.

You’ll also need:

  • The ability to drive executional excellence, in an environment of ambiguity and change, with discipline around pace, quality and follow-through
  • Experience in working collaboratively with and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to liaise effectively with Exec level audiences
  • The ability to influence, inspire and engage senior customers and colleagues to build trusted relationships that move priorities forward
