We are seeking a detail-focused and organised individual to support our client's Commercial Assurance team on a 3 month contract. You'll help maintain commercial, contractual and pricing information, ensure records remain accurate, support internal stakeholders, and assist with day-to-day commercial governance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the SOW review process, ensuring governance, due diligence and compliance requirements are met.
- Produce and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports, ensuring data accuracy and quality.
- Support KPI reporting and identify trends, exceptions and improvement opportunities.
- Maintain and update process documentation, templates, rate cards and pricing tools.
- Manage DocuSign requests for approved SOWs, ensuring correct approvals, storage and distribution.
- Support commercial assurance compliance, data retention activities and continuous service improvement initiatives.

About You:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good Microsoft 365 skills, particularly Excel, SharePoint, Teams and Word.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, practical approach and willingness to learn quickly.
- The ability to adapt and work effectively as part of a team.
