Job Introduction

We’re looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our team, providing essential reporting, data analysis, and administrative support across a variety of business areas.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced dynamic team, where you’ll contribute to business performance reporting, processes, and operational improvements. You’ll play a key role in supporting the Finance Business Partner, taking ownership of routine reports (including month-end analysis), and providing valuable insights that help drive business decisions.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, high-performing team, liaising with multiple departments while developing your commercial, analytical, and reporting skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Compile, validate, and distribute monthly KPIs and weekly reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility for routine and month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across financial and operational metrics.
  • Work closely with the Finance Business Partner to deliver insightful analysis and business support across key areas.
  • Support data validation, auditing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure process integrity and compliance.
  • Contribute to business investigations and analysis projects, providing clear, data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
  • Provide administrative support for key finance processes, data management, and process documentation.
  • Assist with scheduling and operational planning, ensuring the efficient coordination of mobile fitters and field-based teams.
  • Collaborate with the wider Finance Team to support ongoing projects, continuous improvement initiatives, and cross-functional activities.
  • Support the customer pricing process, ensuring updates are accurately maintained and communicated.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
