Company Description Andusia Holdings Limited is one of the UK’s leading providers of supply chain services for Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) producers and incinerators. The company has built strong partnerships with major waste-to-energy facilities across Europe and Scandinavia and many independent UK waste management companies. Through efficient logistics and innovative solutions, the business has expanded into new geographic markets and diversified routes for RDF and SRF exports. Leveraging its expertise, Andusia now also exports SRF to cement plants across Europe, as well as hazardous and clinical waste.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Analyst role based in Hertford. The Commercial Analyst will support pricing, margin analysis, and commercial decision-making by gathering, interpreting, and presenting data on contracts, logistics, and market trends. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing financial and commercial reports, monitoring key performance indicators, and evaluating the profitability of current and potential customer agreements. The role will collaborate closely with commercial, finance, and operations teams to optimise contract terms, identify opportunities for growth, and mitigate risks. The Commercial Analyst will also assist with customer proposals, maintain accurate records in relevant systems, and contribute to continuous improvement of commercial processes and reporting.

Qualifications Candidates should possess:
- Strong analytical skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and proficiency in spreadsheets or data analysis tools.
- Commercial skills, such as understanding of contracts, pricing, margins, and market dynamics in a B2B environment.
- Finance skills, including basic accounting knowledge, budgeting, forecasting, and experience preparing financial reports.
- Effective communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication and the ability to present complex information to varied stakeholders.
- Customer service skills, with a focus on building professional relationships, responding to customer needs, and supporting long-term partnerships.
