Commercial Analyst
Location: Farringdon, London (Office-first with flexibility for remote working)
Type: Permanent
Salary: Up to £80,000
My client is a fast-growing, AI-native consumer technology company building AI agents that take everyday tasks off people's hands and help households save time and money.
Already growing rapidly, the business is expanding beyond bill optimisation into insurance, subscription management and other areas where AI agents can take real-world action on behalf of users.
We're looking for an exceptional Commercial Analyst to help accelerate the next phase of growth.
What You'll Be Doing
- Analyse commercial performance across Growth, Product, and pricing
- Build models and dashboards to support key business decisions
- Analyse funnels, experiments, and new acquisition channels
- Design, run, and measure commercial and product experiments
- Identify opportunities to improve growth, revenue, and customer outcomes
- Support negotiations and commercial decision-making with data
- Automate reporting and improve business intelligence processes
- Investigate changes in performance and understand the drivers
- Work closely with founders and senior leaders on high-priority questions
- Turn complex data into clear recommendations and actions
- Identify new opportunities for analysis and improvement

What They're Looking For
- 2-6 years' experience in a fast-paced analytical environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Commercial mindset with a focus on business outcomes
- Strong SQL skills and confidence working with data independently
- Experience building dashboards and spreadsheet models
- Experience designing and analysing experiments
- Ability to turn complex analysis into clear, actionable insights
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-context environments
- Fast learner with strong curiosity and attention to detail
- Comfortable using AI and modern tools to increase productivity
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sense of ownership
