Commercial & Civil Litigation Solicitor, 1-5 Years PQE, Staffordshire, £55,000+ (DOE)
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Litigation Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join an established and supportive Litigation Team, handling a diverse range of commercial and civil disputes for both business and individual clients. REF:5498.
The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a lawyer looking to broaden their litigation experience, take ownership of their own caseload and work alongside experienced colleagues on a variety of interesting and challenging matters.
- You will manage a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters, providing clear, practical and commercially focused advice to clients at every stage of the dispute resolution process.
- Working closely with clients and colleagues, you will play an important role in developing effective legal strategies, resolving disputes and building long-term client relationships.
- The role offers exposure to high-quality litigation work within a collaborative environment where your contribution and professional development will be valued.

Skills Required
Applications are sought from Litigation Solicitors or Legal Executive with between 1–5 years' PQE.
- Experience handling a varied commercial and/or civil litigation caseload.
- Strong analytical, legal research and drafting skills.
- A commercially aware approach, with a genuine commitment to excellent client service.
- The ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A proactive, adaptable and team-focused approach.
