The Role:

Are you passionate about digital, data, and sport? We’re looking for a Commercial and Digital Insights Executive to join our Business Intelligence team and help shape data-driven decisions across our marketing, commercial, and wider business units.

You’ll sit at the heart of our data operations, leveraging social media, PR, and digital marketing data to deliver tangible insights and recommendations. This is a curious, analytical role where you'll help craft clear narratives that resonate with different stakeholders, turning complex metrics into compelling stories that drive sports and entertainment strategies.

Responsibilities:

  • Social, PR & Digital Insight Development: You will analyse social, PR, and digital data to uncover content, audience, industry, and cultural insights using a range of social intelligence and analytics tools. You'll keep a pulse on emerging platform trends, audience behaviours, and opportunities relevant to internal stakeholders, external partners, and teams.
  • Reporting & Visualisation: You will support Senior Insights Managers in partnership and team reporting, ensuring analytical quality, accuracy, and consistency across all deliverables. Using data visualisation tools, you'll create compelling and easily digestible reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate insights effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Actionable Recommendations & Strategy: You will translate complex data into clear, actionable, and commercially focused recommendations that support business growth and inform marketing strategies. By partnering closely with marketing, commercial, and digital teams, you'll understand their objectives and provide vital data-driven support for their initiatives.
  • Research Operations & Partners: You will manage and support day-to-day relationships with external insights and research agencies, overseeing timelines to ensure high-quality, efficient delivery across projects.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
