Our proprietary datasets and AI models provide a richer, more predictive view of fan behaviour and demand, enabling our clients to unlock greater value from pricing and marketing activities. We partner with teams, leagues and broadcasters to drive efficient audience and revenue growth from ticketing and subscriptions.
Prospect is seeking a high-calibre Commercial & Strategy Associate who combines exceptional attention to detail with strong analytical and critical-thinking skills. You will execute paid marketing and email campaigns for leading teams, leagues and broadcasters across sport, turning data and performance signals into clear actions. You will also build high-quality presentations and contribute to wider commercial decisions, including pricing and fanbase growth strategy.
Responsibilities
Paid Marketing Execution
- Build, launch and manage paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn, from audience and budget setup through to creative optimisation.
- Monitor ad performance; identify issues early and make disciplined, evidence-based adjustments.
- Maintain organised campaign structures, naming conventions and creative libraries.
- Work with Client Delivery Leads to produce polished presentations that explain what happened, why it matters and what should happen next.
Email and Lifecycle Marketing Execution
- Support Client Delivery Leads in developing CRM strategies and campaign briefs aligned with client objectives.
- Build and deploy targeted email campaigns and automated journeys using client CRM/email platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, run structured tests and apply the findings to improve future activity.

Commercial Client Strategy
- Develop a strong understanding of each client’s objectives, economics and operating context, supported by analysis of customer and commercial data.
- Contribute to the development and execution of pricing, marketing and content strategies that drive fanbase and revenue growth.
- Support Client Delivery Leads in turning data into clear client recommendations and support their implementation.
Tools & Platforms You Will Use
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager.
- Client CRM and email marketing platforms.
- Microsoft Excel for analysis and modelling, and PowerPoint for client-ready presentations.
- Prospect's internal Predictive Analytics tools. These will help inform decisions including which creatives are working, which audiences to target and which CRM intervention represents the next best action.
Your Personal Attributes
You will ideally have 1-2 years of experience in consulting, marketing, or a commercial/ digital agency. Experience executing paid media or email campaigns is advantageous but not essential. What matters most is that you are:
- Hands-on and accountable: you enjoy executing work yourself and take ownership from brief through to delivery.
- A quick learner: you ask thoughtful questions, pick up new concepts quickly and apply what you learn without needing the same guidance twice.
- Analytically minded: you are comfortable interpreting and scrutinising data to reach robust conclusions.
- Organised and dependable: you plan your time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Confident using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Interested in the commercial side of sport.
- A university graduate with a 2:1 degree or above in an economics, business, marketing or a related subject.
- Prepared to work outside standard office hours occasionally when required by the sporting calendar or a time-sensitive client deadline.
