Role Description
This is a role for an ARB-qualified architect who knows commercial work and builds it in Revit.
You will join a London practice delivering commercial projects, with offices at the heart of the workload. If office buildings are where your detailing and coordination are strongest, this is a direct fit.
You will work across the stages of live commercial schemes, producing the drawings and technical documentation that carry a building from design into construction. The practice wants someone confident in Revit from day one, not someone learning it on the job. This is a hands-on delivery role. You bring the ARB registration, the commercial track record and the software fluency, and you apply all three to real projects with real deadlines.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Practice
You will join a London architecture practice with commercial work at the centre of what it does. Revit is the studio's design software, so your day-to-day production runs through it. The work is delivered on a hybrid basis, splitting your week between the studio and home.
The Work

You will produce detailed design drawings and technical documentation in Revit across the stages of a project. You will resolve design and technical challenges as schemes move from concept toward completion. You will make sure designs meet building regulations and client expectations. You will coordinate with internal teams, clients and consultants to keep projects on track.
