I'm currently recruiting for an exciting opportunity with a well-established property business seeking an experienced Commercial Asset Manager to take ownership of a diverse London portfolio. This is a fantastic role for an MRICS-qualified surveyor looking to join a business where you'll have real autonomy, influence asset strategy and play a key role in driving performance across a varied commercial estate.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing asset management strategies to maximise income and enhance value
- Leading lease events including lettings, renewals, rent reviews, regears and surrenders
- Negotiating heads of terms and managing transactions through to completion
- Delivering refurbishment, fit-out and capital expenditure projects
- Producing financial appraisals, valuations and board reports to support investment decisions
- Building strong relationships with tenants, agents, solicitors and internal stakeholders
- Managing and developing a small commercial property team

We're keen to speak with individuals who have:
- MRICS qualification with 3 to 5 years' PQE
- A proven background in commercial asset management
- Strong landlord & tenant, leasing and property management experience
- Commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- The ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
