About Us

We're growing Independent Power Producer (IPP) focused on developing, owning, and operating solar and battery energy storage (BESS) assets. We are committed to delivering flexible, low-carbon energy solutions that support the energy transition across the UK and Europe.

Gülermak Renewables is the renewable energy investment arm of Gülermak, a leading international infrastructure contractor with a 65-year track record of delivering complex projects to the highest standards of quality, ethics and execution. Headquartered in London, the renewables business operates as an independently managed platform, focused on the UK and Europe, with core investments in solar, onshore wind and battery energy storage, and a forward-looking view on technologies shaping the future energy system. With strong financial backing and deep infrastructure expertise, we build, own and operate renewable assets that deliver stable long-term cash flows. Our portfolio has reached c.650 MW to date, with clear ambition and strong momentum to scale materially in the near term.

About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Asset Manager to optimise the commercial performance of our solar and BESS portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of markets, contracts, and asset performance—driving revenue, managing risk, and ensuring assets are fully aligned with evolving UK energy markets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
