We are now looking to recruit a third member to our Pre-construction team led by Luke and Fran. We are looking for someone with experience in residential development, primarily affordable homes, from the planning stage to delivery. This is an open-minded vacancy so please feel free to apply if your experience suits alongside the main duties below.

Main Duties
- Assist with tender enquiries, assessments, and tender appraisals.
- Support the review, understanding, and management of tender documentation, including legal and contractual documents such as contracts, appointments, warranties, and pre-construction agreements.
- Assist in the preparation, submission, and management of planning applications and associated documentation.
- Track business opportunities, tender clarifications, and tender deadlines.
- Interpret, organise, and collate tender information from multiple sources.
- Interpret construction drawings and undertake measurement take-offs.
- Assist in reviewing technical documentation to ensure compliance with client and project requirements.
- Contribute to identifying value engineering opportunities throughout the pre-construction phase.
- Assist with the smooth handover of successful projects to the delivery team.
- Help prepare and maintain project risk and opportunity registers.
- Provide general administrative and project support to the Pre-Construction team.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all project documentation is organized and kept up to date.
