Role Description
The Commercial Associate will support revenue-generating activities and partner relationships to advance Breakthrough Social Enterprise’s mission. Day-to-day responsibilities include:

- Managing inside sales processes
- Handling inbound and outbound inquiries
- Nurturing prospective and existing partner accounts
The role involves:
- Coordinating purchasing and sales documentation
- Preparing proposals
- Maintaining accurate records in CRM and related systems
- Responding to partner and customer queries
- Providing high-quality customer service
- Communicating updates to internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of programs
This is a contract, hybrid role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, with a combination of on-site work and some work from home.
Qualifications
- Strong sales skills, including Inside Sales and Sales, with experience managing pipelines and closing opportunities.
- Excellent Communication abilities, both written and verbal, for engaging partners, learners, and internal teams.
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on building trust, resolving issues, and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Purchasing knowledge, including handling quotes, orders, and basic commercial administration.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment, managing time and priorities across on-site and remote settings.
- Comfort with digital tools, CRM platforms, and online communication channels; familiarity with social impact or education sectors is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to equity, inclusion, and supporting individuals from diverse and underserved backgrounds.
- Relevant experience in commercial, sales, or account support roles; formal education in business, marketing, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
