What we're looking for?
UK-qualified commercial focussed lawyer (or holds a similar certification in a common law jurisdiction) to join our Commercial team
- 2 - 4 years PQE
- Is tech-savvy and has experience with tech solutions
- Has a great sense of humour and is a team player
- Has excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Has strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Has experience advising clients outside the jurisdiction of qualification such as Europe and the Middle East
- Is able to draft, review and advise on a broad spectrum of commercial and technology agreements
- Strong understanding of artificial intelligence, both the technology and its regulation
- Has had exposure to data protection and intellectual property contractual matters and may have knowledge of consumer law
- Is an independent thinker capable of giving decisive advice that has both legal and business implications but knows when to escalate to more senior lawyers
- Wants to take on responsibility in a supportive environment
- Wants to help build a new firm that is growing extremely quickly
- Is entrepreneurial to their core and ferociously champions their clients' interests
