We're looking for a Commercial Associate who knows how to turn relationships into revenue.
You might already be working in R&D Tax. You might come from a related financial services or B2B sales environment.

You know how to open doors, build relationships and win business.
π° What's on offer?
- Β£50,000-Β£60,000 basic salary, depending on experience
- Β£100,000+ OTE achievable
- 5% commission on signed business
- Recurring commission structure
- Additional bonus opportunities once targets are hit
- Clear progression through to Senior Commercial Associate and Partner
- City of London office
- Monday-Friday, office-based
π― What will you actually be doing?
This isn't a role where you're expected to sit behind a screen waiting for leads to land. You'll be:
- Building and managing a network of introducers and referral partners
- Developing relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors and senior stakeholders
- Generating new business through your existing contacts and professional network
- Identifying opportunities within the R&D Tax and incentives market
- Taking opportunities from initial conversation through to signed business
- Building a pipeline and delivering against commercial targets
- Creating relationships that generate repeat and referred business

π€ Who are we looking for?
We're ideally looking for someone with 3-4 years' experience in R&D Tax sales, with a proven record of generating and winning business.
You'll be particularly well suited if you have relationships across:
- Accountancy firms
- CFOs
- Finance Directors
- Commercial Finance
- Introducers
- Referral Partners
R&D Tax experience is a big plus, but it isn't everything. Your network, relationships and ability to generate revenue are what really count.
