32Co is disrupting the healthcare space. Our vision is to help all clinicians deliver the latest innovations in healthcare, improving the standard of care for millions of people through cutting-edge technology. We’re an award-winning, Tier 1 VC-backed health technology start-up solving a multi-billion dollar problem - funded by the people behind Revolut, City Mapper, and Depop. As we rapidly scale across the UK and beyond, we’re looking for ambitious talent to join us on our mission to transform care at a global scale. 32Co is at an inflection point. The platform is built, revenue is accelerating, and we are moving from a single-specialty company to a multi-vertical specialist healthcare platform - with AI as embedded clinical infrastructure. We are not searching for product-market fit anymore. We are ready to dominate the market, and to do it across multiple medical specialties. The Role We're building a national network of Sleep Centres embedded within our partnered dental practices - and a patient growth engine that brings motivated patients straight to their door. You'll be one of the first voices those patients hear, and one of the main reasons they take the next step. That means owning the top of the patient funnel: responding to inbound leads quickly, having warm and purposeful conversations, and turning interest into booked appointments. It's high-volume and high-energy - but it's not a call centre. The people you're speaking to already want help with their sleep. Your job is to make sure they get it. You'll manage your pipeline in HubSpot, keeping things organised and moving at pace. You’ll also work directly with our clinical team and senior leadership, including our CEO - which means real visibility and a genuine hand in shaping how we grow. What you'll do Own the patient journey from first contact through to booked appointment. Lead fast, high-quality conversations that build trust and drive action. Keep your patient pipeline flowing - from new leads to follow-ups and re-engagements - making sure every opportunity counts and no opportunity slips through the cracks. Use AI tools to work faster and smarter: drafting outreach, surfacing follow-ups, and spotting patterns in what's converting. Contribute to experiments, messaging tests, and playbook development to continuously evolve how we convert interest into appointments. Closely monitor your results, identify opportunities for improvement and proactively propose strategies to increase conversions and contribute to the team’s success. Work embedded in a cross-functional pod alongside our Sleep, Clinical, AI, and Product teams - and directly with our CEO. Who you are This role is perfect for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and be part of building something from the ground up. You’re energised by talking to people and excel at making others feel heard, even when managing many conversations. You’re organised, persistent without being pushy, and combine genuine warmth with commercial drive. You’ll be a great fit if you are: People-focused: You listen carefully, build rapport easily, and can clearly explain processes, answer questions and engage potential prospects. Resilient and proactive: You stay positive when conversations don’t lead to immediate bookings and remain committed to helping patients find the right time to access care. Organised and accountable: You manage multiple patient conversations responsibly and make sure no one who needs support is overlooked. Collaborative: You work closely with clinicians and internal teams to ensure patients have a safe, smooth, and supportive experience. Curious and improvement-driven: You look for ways to improve how we communicate with patients and make it easier for them to access the care they need. Able to commute to our London (Hoxton) office on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Why you’ll love working here 25 days annual leave and your birthday day off - because no one should work on their birthday! See your work translate into real-world impact - help change lives every day and connect with the people whose care you’re improving. Build the future of HealthTech - tackle multi-billion dollar challenges that truly matter. Accelerate your career - take on new challenges, expand your skills, and grow alongside a high-performing team. Join a company backed by top VCs with a multicultural, ambitious, and high-calibre team. Private medical insurance: access to Vitality Health private medical insurance because we take care of the people who take care of the business. Team Perks: Enjoy regular team lunches, quarterly socials, and an annual company retreat. \n

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
