At Alliance, we're looking for a commercially minded Commercial Associate to help drive the growth of our e-Pharma and omni-channel brand portfolio across the German market. We require a fluent German speaker based in the UK, preferably in Wiltshire or London, who has experience working with German e-pharmacies and understands the unique dynamics of the German digital healthcare landscape.
Working closely with our Commercial Manager DACH based near Hamburg and our wider EMEA Commercial and marketing team in the UK, you'll play a key role in delivering commercial growth across Germany and the wider DACH region.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or medical device experience who thrives in a fast-paced international environment and wants to make a measurable impact on brand growth, commercial performance, and patient outcomes.
What you'll be doing
You'll take ownership of our branded portfolio, including successful healthcare brands such as MaccuShield® and Kelo-Cote®, driving commercial success across Germany and the wider DACH region through strong partnerships with e-pharmacy customers and strategic stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and optimizing marketing activities in Germany alongside regional marketing teams and external partners
- Building and managing relationships with key German e-pharmacy customers and digital healthcare partners
- Managing brand performance, including sales, profitability, market share, and commercial objectives
- Using consumer, market, and customer insights to develop data-driven commercial strategies
- Creating and supporting marketing, promotional, and sales materials tailored to the German market
- Developing impactful presentations for customers, sales teams, and healthcare professionals
- Identifying opportunities for brand enhancement, digital growth, and new product development
- Collaborating closely with Regulatory and Operations teams to ensure robust supply planning
- Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and monthly brand performance reporting

What we're looking for
We're seeking an ambitious, self-motivated commercial professional who combines strong marketing and sales capabilities with healthcare industry knowledge and a strong understanding of the German e-commerce healthcare market.
You'll bring:
- Fluent German and excellent English communication skills
- UK-based, with the ability to work regularly with teams in Wiltshire, London, and Germany
- Experience working directly with German e-pharmacies and online healthcare retailers (essential)
- Sales, account management, and/or marketing experience within healthcare, consumer health, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices
- Strong relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and senior stakeholders
- Commercial awareness, analytical thinking, and a data-driven approach
- Experience within pharmaceuticals, consumer healthcare, or medical devices (preferred)
- Dermatology category experience (desirable)
- A proactive, entrepreneurial approach with the ability to work independently
