Join as a foundational member of Triffin's growth team and help build our revenue engine from the ground up.

You'll drive top-of-funnel growth, generate high-quality pipeline from consumer brands, and play a key role in defining how we go to market. This is a rare opportunity to step into an early-stage, high-growth environment and accelerate your career on a brand-new growth team.

We've recently launched funding, payments and AI-powered cash flow management products, with strong early traction and ~800% growth expected in 2026. You'll be at the forefront of scaling this across our target market.

The role

  • You'll be based in our London Shoreditch office.
  • You'll be the first commercial associate hire at Triffin, with a tremendous opportunity to make the role your own and progress your career with us.
  • This is a role built for someone looking for progression, joining a new growth team inside a fast-growing business where you can shape how we operate.

What you'll do

  • Build intelligent outreach programmes using market-leading AI systems and data.
  • Prospect clients through cold calls, emails and LinkedIn to create and qualify new pipeline opportunities.
  • Align Triffin's products to the finance needs of potential customers, working closely with cross-functional teams to move deals forward.
  • Create playbooks that can scale across verticals and markets.
  • Quickly develop your sales skills and grow your career.

What we're looking for

  • 18 months+ experience as an SDR/BDR in a financial services, fintech or high-growth technology company. Bonus points if you've sold to consumer brands.
  • Demonstrated progression in your previous role(s), taking on more responsibility and raising your performance over time.
  • A track record of high achievement, you go the extra mile to exceed targets.
  • Experience owning a pipeline, revenue, or metric goal.
  • Experience making cold calls to decision makers.
  • A confident communicator who LOVES talking to customers.
  • An ambitious individual looking to accelerate their career development and make an impact.

What success looks like

  • First 3 months: ramp quickly, build pipeline, book your first qualified meetings.
  • 6 months: consistently hitting or exceeding targets with a repeatable approach.
  • 12 months: a top performer, contributing to team playbooks and mentoring newer hires. Potential to progress to more senior roles.
