About Souk

We're building the world's first AI Partner Manager. Coco helps partnership teams find partners, activate them, and handle everything from signing through to payment.

We've raised £1.6m led by Sure Valley Ventures, one of Europe's leading deep tech funds, with Antler (Lovable, Airalo) and Fuel Ventures, the UK's most active early-stage investor.

The Job

You'll work alongside Leo, who ran partnerships at Deel and took it from tens of thousands to millions in revenue.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

Lots of 0-1 — building lists, calling founders, booking meetings, and owning commercial experiments end to end. It's varied, it's hands-on, and a lot of it is on the phone.

You'd be a fit if

  • You get sharper when a call goes badly, not quieter.
  • You're organised enough to keep several things moving without dropping follow-ups.
  • You're ambitious and early enough in your career that this is the thing you want to be learning.

This role progresses into closing or management.

SDR or BDR experience is a plus, not a requirement. We care more about how you handle a call than what your last title was.

You're probably not a fit if

  • You want a defined territory, a mature playbook, and a manager who's done this exact job before you arrived.
  • We're writing it as we go.
