The role

Our market leading Commercial Group is looking to recruit an Associate or Senior Associate (3 - 7 years' PQE) to join our nationally recognised team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented commercial and technology lawyer seeking high quality, intellectually stimulating work with some of the most innovative businesses in the UK and internationally.

As part of the team you will work on a broad range of complex and cutting edge commercial and technology matters including strategic projects that are critical to our clients' businesses. You will have early responsibility, direct client exposure and the opportunity to play a meaningful role in high profile transactions and advisory work.

You may also have the opportunity to undertake an in-house secondment with one of our valued clients gaining first hand commercial insight and strengthening your understanding of the challenges facing modern businesses.
