Commercial Associate / Senior Associate – 2–7 PQE Leeds | Birmingham | Nottingham
We are currently working with our client, a leading national law firm with a highly regarded Commercial Group, who are looking to recruit a Commercial Associate or Senior Associate with 2–7 years' PQE.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercial lawyer looking to work on high-quality, complex matters for some of the UK and internationally recognised businesses.
The Role
You will join an established and nationally recognised Commercial team, advising clients across a broad range of commercial and technology matters, including:
- Complex outsourcing projects
- Business-critical supply and commercial agreements
- Technology implementations and digital transformation projects
- Data-driven projects
- Strategic commercial arrangements
- International and cross-border matters
- Innovative commercial and technology transactions

About You
- 2–7 years' PQE
- Strong commercial contracts experience
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience advising businesses on complex commercial matters
- Strong client management and communication skills
- A commercially minded and pragmatic approach
- An interest in technology and innovation
- The ability to manage complex matters with a high degree of autonomy
Candidates with experience across commercial contracts, technology, outsourcing, supply agreements or strategic projects are particularly encouraged to apply.
