About The Role
The Commercial Brand Executive supports the development and execution of brand strategies to deliver the agreed annual volume, GM/L and EBITDA budgets for the designated brands and to drive awareness, engagement, and commercial growth across the branded portfolio. Working closely with Commercial Brand Managers and cross-functional teams, this role is responsible for delivering marketing campaigns, coordinating brand activity and trade events, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels.
Key Responsibilities Of The Commercial Brand Executive
- Support Sales & Marketing by delivering integrated assistance across the full branded portfolio
- Manage branded communications to ensure consistency, clarity, and impact across internal and external channels
- Assist Brand Managers with annual planning, audits, idea generation, and creative agency coordination
- Execute multi-channel campaigns including content creation, sample coordination, and sales team engagement
- Lead trade event delivery from planning through execution, including KPI, ROI, and engagement tracking
- Support launches & promotions while collaborating on budget allocation, pricing, promotions, and trade media spend

About You
The ideal candidate will bring a marketing/commercial background, supported by excellent organisational and project management skills and confident communication and presentation abilities. They will demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and the capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and key tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, is essential, with experience using digital marketing platforms considered a valuable advantage.
