About the Company
My client is a fast-growing, investor-backed creator business that builds and scales digital brands with some of the biggest names in social media. They're behind more than 60 creator brands across fitness, nutrition, wellness, beauty, fashion, and education. Each brand is a business built end to end: tech, product, performance marketing, and customer experience, while the creator fronts the content. The team is around 150 people across the UK and US, a new funding round is under way, and US expansion is next.
The Role
Own the commercial strategy for each app in your portfolio, covering pricing, promotions, acquisition, monetisation, and retention. Take full ownership of subscription performance: subscriber growth, churn, trial-to-paid conversion, ARPU and LTV, and the plan to improve each one. Make pricing and packaging decisions, including trial length, tiering, and promotional pricing, based on data and market context. Plan the commercial calendar, from sales moments and in-app challenges to feature launches that bring in new subscribers and keep existing ones engaged. Own app store performance, reviews, and ratings, spotting issues and opportunities early and acting on them. Optimise the full purchase funnel across web, app stores, and paid traffic, working with growth marketing to direct spend where it performs. Turn your strategy into clear briefs for growth, product, tech, and content teams, with defined success metrics, and hold them to delivery. Be the main commercial contact for each creator, running weekly calls, monthly reviews, and performance decks that build trust and authority. Own weekly trackers, monthly reporting, and integrated calendars covering releases, content, and activations.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
What You'll Bring
- 3-5+ years in a commercial, brand management, or growth role, ideally with subscription apps or digital subscription products.
- A strong commercial instinct: when retention dips or acquisition stalls, you know what to change and can put a plan behind it.
- A solid grasp of app subscription mechanics (trials, paywalls, tiering) and hands-on use of analytics tools such as RevenueCat, App Store Connect, or Google Play Console.
- Experience owning a P&L, budget, or commercial plan, with measurable wins to show for it.
- Confidence setting direction for cross-functional teams you don't manage directly, and seeing execution through.
- The organisation to run multiple brands and stakeholders at once, using Asana or a similar project management tool.
- A background in fitness, wellness, or health apps is a real advantage. Experience from an agency, the creator economy, or D2C is also welcome, provided the commercial depth is there.
- Confident, senior-facing communication. Client-facing polish can be developed, but the commercial expertise can't be taught on the job.
