About Genflow
Genflow is the world's leading creator agency, building, launching and scaling creator-first brands across fitness, fashion, beauty, nutrition, wellness, education and productivity. We manage 65+ creator brands and deliver consulting and done-for-you services across digital products and back-end funnel ecosystems. We move fast, experiment relentlessly and value operators who turn insight into revenue.
Role overview
This role owns commercial strategy and performance for a portfolio of subscription app brands, working in close partnership with the Chief Brand Officer and directly with the creators behind them. You will develop the commercial plan for each brand in your portfolio, covering pricing, traffic acquisition, monetisation and retention, and you are accountable for the results.
You will be the primary commercial relationship for the creators in your portfolio, the person they trust to set direction and deliver against it. You will consult Growth, Product, Content and Delivery teams to inform your growth plans, briefing in tests, launches and new features, and holding execution to a high standard.
This role suits someone with solid commercial or brand management experience who is ready to own a portfolio independently, set the agenda rather than follow one, and build a track record of driving subscriber growth and revenue. It sits within the Brand team, the part of the business responsible for the launch, management and growth of our portfolio of brands.
Mission
Own the commercial strategy for your portfolio of app brands, using pricing, retention and monetisation decisions to grow revenue, new subscriber acquisition, subscriber value, and keep creators and internal teams aligned behind a plan you have set.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
