Commercial Cards Implementation Specialist
Commercial Cards Implementation Specialist with detailed, hands-on TSYS knowledge for a niche contract assignment.
The ambition:
New EUR and USD commercial-card products, physical and virtual cards, and an expanding wholesale programme.
The challenge:
Existing charge-card BINs are heavily utilised, with PAN randomisation restricting further segmentation and account-range capacity. Before the issuer can expand its proposition, it needs the right BIN and processor foundations.
Role Overview:
You’ll work directly with the issuer, TSYS, and Mastercard across three priorities:

- Create capacity for growth: Assess BIN utilisation, PAN allocation, and account ranges, supporting the agreed future BIN, ICA, and portfolio structure.
- Turn design into implementation: Translate approved designs into detailed TSYS requirements covering BIN setup, account-range creation, portfolio hierarchies, and product configuration.
- Get it ready for launch: Define and validate test scenarios, coordinate testing and certification, resolve issues, and manage dependencies through operational readiness.

Required Experience:
I’m particularly interested in what you have personally configured, specified, or validated within a TSYS issuing environment. Commercial charge-card experience is highly relevant, multi-currency, and wholesale virtual-card programmes would add further weight.
Assignment Purpose:
A focused assignment with a clear commercial purpose: creating the capacity to launch the issuer’s next generation of products.
