Commercial Case Handler | London, Hybrid (3 Days Office) | £35,000

Support a Director at the heart of a leading whole-of-market property finance brokerage, managing commercial cases from application through to completion.

About the Company

Our client is a well-established, whole-of-market mortgage and property finance brokerage based in London, known for delivering bespoke, personal advice across residential, commercial, development and bridging finance. With an experienced team and a strong reputation among lenders and introducers, they are now looking to strengthen their commercial team with a Case Handler.

About the Role

As Commercial Case Handler, you will work closely with, and directly support, one of the firm's Directors, managing commercial cases from submission through to completion. You will play a key role in keeping cases moving, liaising with lenders, clients and other professionals, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Director with the day-to-day management of a commercial case pipeline
  • Submit and progress commercial finance applications with lenders
  • Liaise with clients, lenders, valuers and solicitors to keep cases moving
  • Chase outstanding documentation and information to avoid delays
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date case records and diary management
  • Provide general administrative support to the Director as required

Package

  • £35,000 basic salary
  • Hybrid working - 3 days per week in the office

  • Experience as a case handler, case manager or administrator within mortgage broking, commercial finance or a related industry
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage a busy and varied caseload
  • Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients, lenders and professionals
  • Proactive, with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable working closely with, and supporting, a senior member of the team
