We are hiring a Commercial Claims Associate to join our Manchester team on a hybrid basis.
You’ll Make An Impact By
- Set up new claims accurately on claims management systems.
- Direct claims and incoming enquiries to the appropriate claims handling teams.
- Handle customer and broker queries via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all claim information is updated correctly.
- Assist with administrative tasks across the Commercial Claims department as required.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute positively to team objectives.

Your Skills And Experience
- A relevant degree or prior experience in Insurance.
- Competent IT skills with MS Office and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A positive, enthusiastic and professional attitude with a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Great attention to detail and good organisational skills.
