Location: Bolton, Bury and Salford
Hours: Hours will vary depending on client sites and your availability.
About Astiq
Astiq is a newly launched local commercial cleaning company serving businesses across Bolton, Bury and Salford. We are building a dependable, well-managed cleaning service where cleaners are properly supported, expectations are clear and good work is valued. As we grow, we are looking for experienced commercial cleaners who want to work with a professional local company from the beginning.
The role
You will clean commercial premises such as:
- Offices and professional workplaces
- Coworking and serviced workspaces
- Gyms, fitness and wellness spaces
- Retail premises
- Non-medical clinics
- Communal areas
Depending on the site, work may be available in the early morning, daytime or evening. Typical duties will include:
- Cleaning and sanitising surfaces
- Vacuuming, mopping and floor care
- Cleaning washrooms and kitchens
- Emptying bins and replacing liners
- Cleaning mirrors and internal glass
- Following the site cleaning specification and checklist
- Reporting problems, damage, low supplies or anything unusual
- Using Astiq's check-in, communication and reporting processes
- Taking care of client premises, keys, alarms and equipment responsibly

What we're looking for
We are currently prioritising applicants with previous commercial cleaning experience. You should be:
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to follow a clear cleaning specification
- Consistent and attentive to detail
- Comfortable communicating if something is wrong or you need support
- Able to travel reliably to the client sites you accept
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Willing to provide suitable references and complete Astiq's pre-employment checks

Important to know
Astiq's client sites are being built up, so this role does not guarantee a fixed number of weekly hours. Hours will depend on available sites, your location and your availability. Applicants who progress will complete Astiq's screening and pre-employment checks before being approved for suitable site opportunities.
