About Us
We are a premium commercial cleaning agency serving properties across Redbridge, Chigwell, Epping, South Woodford, and Chingford. We specialise in regular maintenance cleans, deep cleans, and end of tenancy cleaning, all carried out using eco-friendly, sustainable products. We hold ourselves to a higher standard and look for people who do the same. We are committed to the long-term development of our team: cleaners who grow with us will be considered for permanent positions as the business expands.
Role Details
- Hourly Rate: from £16.50 per hour
- Hours: part time or full time, minimum 15 hrs/week guaranteed after probation
- Contract Type: self-employed, with opportunity to go permanent
- Pay: bi-weekly
The Role
You will be cleaning commercial properties and private homes across our service areas, working to our quality standards and job checklists. Your schedule is set in advance so you always know your week ahead.

What We're Looking For
- Must be able to clean to an incredibly high standard
- A genuine pride in your work and strong attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Good time management to complete tasks efficiently within allocated schedules
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to adapt to different environments and client preferences
- Reliability, clients depend on you showing up on time, every time
- Good communication, able to follow instructions and report back clearly
- A professional and friendly manner with clients in their homes
Essential
- A smartphone with WhatsApp for scheduling and communication
- Right to work in the UK
- Must speak excellent English

What We Offer
- £16.50 minimum per hour, commercial and deep cleaning will be paid more
