Join VC Digital Experience as Commercial Co-founder

Build creator marketing strategy for B2B SaaS. Commission-based (20% one-off / 10% retainer) with equity path and founder role as we scale.

About VC Digital Experience

We help B2B / B2C SaaS companies (Series A-B, £1-10M ARR) build creator-led customer acquisition and community strategies.

The Role

You'll own all commercial operations:

  • Prospect outreach
  • BD calls
  • Deal closing
  • Client relationships

This isn't a sales hire, it's a co-founder path for the right person.

Your focus:

  • Identify and close CMO/VP Marketing/Founder prospects (Series A-B SaaS)
  • Build client relationships and strategy delivery oversight
  • Scale the commercial engine (month 1-6: organic + warm intro pipeline; month 6+: systematic outreach)
  • Partner on product positioning and fundraising narrative

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
